vintage dental cabinet needing TLC (Dubuque)

50 inches tall. Top is 20" x 20" square.
Original latch functioning.
Has 2 of original 3 glass shelves, in whole condition with no cracks. Third shelf replaced with wood.
In 1930s to 1950s made life change to kitchen storage cabinet, original wallpaper still inside.
Needs cleaning, paint, replacement floor and feet.
