They could be excess that has already picked, still on the tree and hanging over public property (eg sidewalks/streets), or they could be on a tree that the neighbor is agreeable to being picked. spider plant, pothos, tradescantia (Moses-in-the cradle), 2 succulent esheverias The spider plant & pothos cuttings are well rooted and growing; the tradescntia & escervesias are only recently potted up, so roots are still forming. Note: cats will devour spider plants, so if you have a cat, you will need to either hang the plant from the ceiling, or put it on a very high shelf that is inaccessible to cats. It is not toxic, but is like crack for kitties. Request one, some or all. Give me a 4-hr window when you will come, if selected, and I can leave them outside by the front door. The time window should be no earlier than 9/28 at 10:00 AM, and should be at least 12 hours after you put in your request, so that I am guaranteed to see it.

Two 3M furnace filters, size 16 x 25 x 4, actual size 15 7/8 x 24 9/16 x 4 5/16. One is in fine shape. The other has mangled cardboard wrapping, but that could probably be fixed (or removed) for use. It has not been used. The problem for us was that this filter, despite the label, is bigger than 4 inches in that final dimension, and did not fit when we tried to slide it in (thus the mangling). If you have a Honeywell furnace, apparently this will work (others may also accept this slightly thicker filter). Give me a 4 hr. window when you will come, with that time no earlier than 10:00 AM on 9/28/26 and at least 12 hours after you send your message (so that I am sure to see your request).

The NE Fixers program, supported by the Department of Neighborhoods’ Matching Fund, aims to share repair skills within local communities. During these free events, community volunteers will be on hand to offer their skills to help fix things like lamps, small appliances, clothing items, small furniture, and other items, as well as to sharpen and maintain tools such as garden shears and pruners. Anyone is welcome to attend these repair events! There will be repairs, tool sharpening, and refreshments. Gray not marbled but otherwise like this: It comes with box and everything. Has no punctures (holds water). The issue is the heating element is not working, probably the connection between the heater and the hot tub isn’t good. It might be fixed by a truly flat surface (ours was a bit uneven). The estimate for getting it fixed was $199 which is way less than the tub.
