Radiator Cover and Toppers (Tenleytown)
Gifted
These are all old so will need to be washed/painted at their new home. 1. One is a mostly wood cover, which surrounds a radiator on the sides and top (not the back). It has grated metal in the front for air flow. The wood top, which flips up, can be kept loose or screwed in and then you have to unscrew it for maintenance (like bleeding the radiator of air). It is about 49 inches wide, but the radiator inside was more like 41 inches wide - the extra space is for maintenance/bleeding air/the turn handle. 2. Two metal radiator toppers, which are different sizes. These seem to be quite old - 1950s??? Who knows. They are expandable/retractable, since they are two pieces of metal that slide open or closed, depending on how wide your radiator is. One seems to go from about 30-40 inches, and the other goes from about 30-60 inches. Take one or all, easy pick up outside.

Sliding glass shower doors (Tenleytown)
Expired
These shower doors were taken out carefully during our renovation. Likely around 20 years old. These will need new tracks/hardware of course. They are thick shower glass - the glass is in great shape, and are about 23.5 inches wide and 67 inches tall. The chrome handles are also in good shape but can be replaced.

white bathroom vanity w sink (Tenleytown)
Gifted
Modern bathroom vanity (approx 31.5 inches wide, 22 deep) with three drawers, including sink (all white with white integrated ceramic top including sink), modern brushed nickel faucet with hot and cold handles. All works fine. This is probably 20 or so years old, came out of our house during our renovation. One drawer pull fell off during moving, so you'll probably want to get 8 new knobs - or maybe just one if you can find one that matches. I'm told it is heavy, so may be best for 2 people to pick it up. I also have a brushed nickel towel bar and toilet paper holder too if you want them.

Two are about 29+ inches long One is about 41.5 inches One is about 15.5 inches We also have one wood radiator cover (its also old - probably only a few decades though). The top part can either be just set on top (loose), or you can screw it on and then unscrew it when you need to do maintenance. It was a cover for the 41.5 wide radiator, and itself is about 49 inches wide and 8.5 deep. You'll want to repaint it to look nice. Last we have these 2 metal radiator toppers, that go over an exposed radiator to make them into a shelf/tiny table. They both expand, so can fit various sizes. It seems stretches from about 30-40 inches and the other looks like 30-60inches. They need new paint jobs and cleaning, but will look old no matter what (since they've got many layers of paint already). Okay if you want all or just one etc. We'd like them all gone ASAP.

old dresser, blonde color (Tenleytown)

This dresser has been around the block but is decent still. No significant marks or scratches. Was used for clothes for random house storage, but also was used a garage for a while. Its only flaw is that the bottom drawer hangs down when you pull it out, which is annoying but it still works. The rest of the drawers are good. Size: 18 inches deep, 31.75 wide, 42.5 tall

Great sliding window (Tenleytown)
Withdrawn
This is a basically 5 foot by 5 foot window, with one half of it sliding in front of the other half. It has a cutout measurement of around 59 or 60 inches, both for height and width. One side moves (about 30 inches wide) and has a screen, the other side (also about 30 inches) is fixed. It is about 20 years old, Andersen brand, vinyl, was installed in our sunroom by a previous owner. They were carefully removed for a renovation and are available for pick up any day. The sooner people can get them, the better, since I don't want the wind to blow them around and damage them. **Note, I have a another exact set of Sliding Windows, but it has some damage on the bottom frame (the frame would need to be replaced). Presumably no one would want it unless you are really just looking to use the glass. Or, if you would be talented enough to replace that part. Hoping to keep them out of the landfill. Thanks!

Great sliding and crank windows (Tenleytown)
Withdrawn
Update - all of these are gone except 2. One sliding window (approx 59 by 59) that is in great condition, and the one that has some damage and would need its frame replaced on one side. Original post: These are about 20 years old, Andersen brand, vinyl, were installed in our sunroom by a previous owner. They are in great condition. They are being carefully removed for a renovation tomorrow (Friday, March 7) and will be available for pick up around noon. The sooner people can get them, the better, since I don't want the wind to blow them around and damage them. Here are the specifications, approximately: 1. 3 sets of Sliding Windows, each with a cutout measurement of around 59 or 60 inches, both for height and width. One side moves (about 30 inches wide) and has a screen, the other side (also about 30 inches) is fixed. 2. Crank window with screen, 28 wide, 59-60 tall (approx. cut out size) 3. Crank window with screen, 23.5 wide, 59-60 tall (approx. cut out size) 4. Note, I have a 3rd set of Sliding Windows (same size as the other 3), but it has some damage and presumably no one would want it - but you are welcome to take a look. Please let me know when you would be able to come by tomorrow afternoon (Friday) and what you are hoping to use the windows for. Hoping to keep them out of the landfill. Thanks! P.S. I can't tell exactly the height and width of the cut out measurements, these are best guesses until they are actually fully removed. Also, the doors are already spoken for.
