Two M&S Advent Calendar boxes, empty and ready for you to fill with your own gifts for Advent. 1 x 'The Book of Beauty' 1 x 'The Gift of Beauty' These are both in great condition, with all the empty boxes a very good size to put in your own gifts for each day. Wooden bed frame, antique, double, with mattress (Frogmore GU17)

This wooden bed frame is a genuine antique, we think Edwardian or Arts and Crafts from the style(?) It has a brass plaque on the headboard engraved with 'Arthur Newbery Ltd. Home Furnishings, Reading'. The base is a type of metal mesh (see photos), which is in good condition and rolls up for easy transport. It was originally made to take a featherbed mattress, but my husband lengthened the side rails so it would take a standard modern small double mattress. The frame has been dismantled into 6 pieces, and comes with a set of optional casters (which we didn't use). It is easy to put back together. The mattress is a modern 'Airsprung Classic', and virtually unused. This is a good solid small and comfortable double bed. From a pet and smoke-free home, with no damp issues, so the bed and mattress are both in very good clean condition. Cyclone Air-Conditioning Portable Unit - Spares or Repair, or still works as a fan. Condition: Used Brand: Cyclone Type: DPACU Air-Conditioning. Sub-Type: Portable Power Source: Electric This is a beast of a machine, and it has worked perfectly for many years, but has been in storage for the last two years as the summers were not hot enough to need it. When we tried to use it this month everything turns on and works - except the compressor will not start. If anyone has the know-how to get this fixed it will be a very good powerful air conditioner again. Otherwise it might be useful for spares, or just as a very big and effective fan. This is on wheels but is a big heavy item, so will probably need 2 people to carry it.

Dimplex Club Optiflame Electric Stove, Matt Black Free Standing Electric Fireplace with Artificial Logs, LED Flame Effect, 1kW or 2kW Adjustable Fan Heater and Remote Control. This is the classic style, designed to look like a wood burning stove. All works fine, except the log effect now just 'smoulders' rather than having a leaping flame effect, as the mechanism no longer turns. The log effect is optional anyway, and is not required for the fan heater to work.
