Structurally sound, just not pristine. This is a matching set and needs to go together as one lot. What’s included • 1 solid pine dining table with fold-down sides • 4 matching pine chairs Condition • Structurally sound table and chairs • Surface scratches and marks from everyday use • One chair is darker in colour — this happened during an attempted upgrade • A bit dusty from storage • Nothing broken, wobbly, or unsafe Table dimensions • Closed: 75.5 cm × 60 cm • One side open: 75.5 cm × 120 cm • Both sides open: 75.5 cm × 189.5 cm Practical details • This is a large set — you will need a van • Collection from a second-floor flat with lift access • I can help move everything down • Free parking space provided to be used during collection
