Free: Tool belt / Electrician's tool belt (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted Perfect for carpenters, electricians or HVAC techs. This tool belt is high quality and in good condition. The belt is two piece: It has a 5 inch wide padded inner belt for maximum comfort, and a 2 inch wide outer belt. Three pouches and a hammer holder are included. (Of course, the location and spacing of any pouch is easily changed.) The belts and black pouches are in excellent condition. The leather nail pouch shows a bit of wear but is still in good condition.

Free: Door stands (Door bucks) (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted This is a set of two stands to hold doors while working on them to install hinges and latches or when planing a door. When the door is lowered down into the stands, they clamp the door securely. These are extra large and stable. 24 in wide and about 23 in high. They fit a standard 1-3/8" interior door. Not suitable for 1-3/4" exterior doors.

Free: Sink drains (strainers) (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted This is a set of four sink strainers, all brand new, never used. Two are genuine Blanco, (the best sink strainer out there) and two are Blanco "style." All are chrome finish.

Free: Assorted nails (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted Most of this collection of nails are galvanized, with a few non-galvanized boxes included. Close up photos of all boxes of nails are included with this post so you can hopefully see what you're getting. Galvanized spiral common nails, galvanized spiral finishing nails, roofing nails and common galvanized framing nails make up the bulk of the assortment. Roofing nails and joist hangers nails too. All boxes or containers have a decent amount of nails in them. Some are totally full.

Free: 24" floor squeegee (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted This is a 24" floor squeegee in great condition. The rubber squeegee edge is in perfect condition and is nicely flexible. The handle is 5 feet long. I used this to spread floor leveling cement, so there is a bit of cement stuck to the metal bars that clamp the rubber edge. See the close up photo. But the rubber edge is clean and that is all that really matters.

Free: 3-1/2" galv spiral framing nails (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted Preferably these two containers of 3-1/2" galvanized spiral framing nails go together to one person. There are 35 pounds of nails between the two containers. If you are building a deck in the Spring, these are for you.

Free: Pruning saw (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted This is a nice compact pruning saw with a 12 inch blade. It comes with a protective plastic sheath. Used very little, it is nice and sharp. This saw cuts on both the push stroke and the pull stroke, making quick work of any tree limbs.

Free: Mitre box with mitre saw (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted This is a Stanley mitre box (plastic) with a fine tooth Stanley mitre saw. Used very little and the saw is very sharp. Mitre slots at 0 degrees plus 22.5 and 45 degrees.

Free: Baseboard removal bar (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted Tired of punching holes in your drywall when removing baseboard with a conventional pry bar? This bar is specially made to remove baseboard without drywall damage.

Free: Drywall screw gun (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted This is a Milwaukee drywall screw gun. It has seen some good use, but still works great. Includes a bunch of spare Phillips bits and vice grips for screwing steel studs. Plastic storage box included. (Not shown in the photos.)

Free: DMX floor underlay (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted This is a full, un-used roll of the DMX underlay for laminate or vinyl plank flooring. 100 square feet. If you need more than this one roll, the DMX underlay at Home Depot is $90 per roll.

Free: Electronic water level (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted When it comes to leveling over a long distance, a water level can't be beat. Perfect for building decks or fences. When a second person was available, I used the water level without the electronic unit. But when working alone, the electronic unit makes leveling a breeze. Includes a 25 ft vinyl tube and all water fittings to fill with a hose. (For greater distances, just add more 5/16" OD tubing.) Instruction pamphlet included.

Free: Bathtub drain assembly (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted This is a pop up drain / overflow unit for bathtubs. The brand is Kebo, sold at Bath Depot. Never used - new in box. But.... there is a "but.". The pop up drain is chrome. The overflow (which rotates to open and close the drain) is matt black.You can see this in the photos.

Free: Set of two deadbolts (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted This is a set of 2 deadbolts. One is a Taymor lock, with 5 keys in a brushed nickel finish. The other is a Weiser lock with 1 key, in a satin nickel finish. I prefer both locks went to the same person, just to make my life easy.

Free: Drill jig for door handles (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted This DeWalt jig is for drilling holes in doors for handles. It clamps onto the door and positions the hole locations perfectly. It adjusts for 1-3/8" thick and 1-3/4" doors. Also adjusts for 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" backset.

Free: Kerdi waterproof banding (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted I have two rolls of Kerdi waterproof banding, 5"wide. One roll has about 80 ft (a guess) and the other roll has about 25 ft. (Also a guess.) If you know what this is used for, then you probably need it.

Free: Mortar pointing tool set (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted Everything you need to point joints in brick and stone. Perfect for repairing mortar joints in walkways or brick walls. Installing stone around a fireplace? This is perfect for the joints. The set includes a high quality "Marshalltown" grout bag, two trowels and a brush.

Free: Collapsible storage bins - set of 2 (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted Two storage bins that collapse flat ...... for storage. Each bin is 18" x 14" x 9" high. If you are interested in these, I can just leave them outside my door for pick up at your convenience.

Free: Pop-up sink drain chrome (Kohler) (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted This is a Kohler pop-up sink drain in a chrome finish. Brand new in box, never used. It is solid brass and quite heavy. If you would like to acquire this, I can just put it in the mailbox beside my door for pick up at your convenience.

Free: Foam exercise mats (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted I have 30 interlocking foam exercise mats. Each are 24 inches square and are made of high density foam. These are not suitable for a children's play area. I have used them to protect projects in my home workshop and to protect floors during home improvements. You can see from the photos they have varying amounts of paint, etc on them. Not every mat interlocks with every mat. There are perhaps three or four different brands, each with a slightly different interlocking "pattern."

Free: Two step ladders (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted These are a 4 foot and a 5 foot step ladder. Hopefully they go as a pair. Both are Grade 3, which means household use. The 5 foot ladder is in excellent shape and is clean. The 4 foot ladder looks "used" but is sound and structurally fine.

Free: Air compressor (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted This is a Porter Cable air compressor with 135 psi capacity. It has two outlets for hoses, each with a quick connect. The left gauge, that monitors tank pressure, does not work. But no one really needs that gauge. The right gauge, that monitors the tool pressure, works fine and that is the only gauge you really need.

Free: Wheelbarrow (Hazeldean/Castlefrank area) Gifted Is it pretty? No. Does it work perfectly? Absolutely. The tray is sturdy with no holes or leaks. The tire is fully inflated and stays that way. I work in construction and have used many wheelbarrows. This one is the sturdiest wheelbarrow I have owned. It has nice weight distribution and is well balanced.
