Free: Philips iron - NEEDS ATTENTION (Earls Barton NN6) Philips Provapor GC6063 iron. The last time it was used, there was a 'pop' from the steam generator and it no longer produces steam. It might need a new boiler assembly to get it fully working again, but I am not certain. I have seen these online for about £90, so might not be economical to fix. The iron itself still heats up, so might be usable as a dry iron. The fabric sheath for the mains cable/steam tube has receded over the years (see photos), but we used it for a long time like this, without any issues. Collection from Earls Barton.

Free: Large tub of cake/pie filling- please read carefully (Earls Barton NN6) Expired Large tub (3.3 kg) of forest fruits cake/pie filling. It is long past the best before date (see photo) but has been kept in a cool, dark and dry place. It was sealed but I have opened it to check and try it before offering it to anyone else. The good news is it tastes fine and I have lived to tell the tale! In reality this is little more than posh jam, so the sugar content would keep it usable for long after the best before date. Free: Tub of fruit cake/pie filling (Earls Barton) Expired Large tub (3.3 kg) of forest fruits cake/pie filling. It is long past the best before date (see photo) but has been kept in a cool, dark and dry place. It was sealed but I have opened it to check and try it before offering it to anyone else. The good news is it looks, smells and tastes fine. In reality this is rather like high quality, posh jam, so the sugar content would keep it usable for long after the best before date.
