Free: Ceiling light fitting - 3 x GU10 adjustable, 12 x mini LEDs (Edenbridge TN8) Expired This light fitting is in perfect working order, recently removed from our bathroom ceiling to be replaced with a more compliant fitting. There are 3 pivot and turn adjustable fittings for GU10 bulbs (bulbs not included) and 12 mini LEDs integrated in the plate shown. Light fitting is attached using the included bracket. Could have gone to the dump, but kept in case it's useful to anyone on here first! Available for collection from Edenbridge, and I can deliver in local area as long as you're in walkable distance :-)

Free: Wooden pallet - approx 4 x 4 feet (Edenbridge TN8) Expired Just wanted to see if this is of any use to anyone? It's sat outside for a few years, but as far as I'm aware it's still intact. Free: Dell C1765nfw Laser Printer / Copier / Scanner (Edenbridge TN8) Gifted This Dell C1765nfw Printer / Copier / Scanner / Fax machine is fully working; however please note it does leave some subtle marks on print-outs as shown in second picture. It's probably fixable by changing the fuser unit if you have the expertise. Two sets of extra toner included too. Used with Microsoft Windows, but Mac compatible too. Has both wired and wireless network connectivity options, as well as USB. Happy to provide a network lead and should be able to find USB lead if needed. Included is power cable and will be packed up in original box (once I have it down from the loft!). It's been a great printer, but now surplus to requirements. Thanks!

Free: Dell Server HDD tray blanks (Edenbridge TN8) Expired These were taken from (going by memory!) a couple of Dell PowerEdge R620 servers a few years back. To be clear, they are just dummy trays to fill a space, not for mounting a drive in. They are removed once a 2.5" hard drive or solid state drive is installed in the server storage drive bay. Wish to avoid them going to the dump, so thought I'd try here first to see if they're of use to anyone! They should fit pretty much all Dell Servers with 2.5" drive bays that need filling. Free: STAPLES A4 Filing Cabinet hanging files x 50 with label tags (Edenbridge TN8) Expired A box of 50 x A4 sized filing cabinet hanging files, along with plastic label holders that clip on the top. Have scarcely been used, basically brand new. It would seem a shame to dump them, so hope they can be of use to someone! Item is located in central Edenbridge. Cheers :-)

Free: Sewing Machine - Brother XL-3600 - spares / repair (Edenbridge TN8) Expired To the best of my knowledge, this Brother XL-3600 sewing machine is in working condition (mechanically speaking), although the chassis has been damaged and is buckled. We were never able to determine how this happened, but I do suspect it might have occurred during servicing, as the issues began afterward. As a result, the needle marginally colides with the plate. If someone knows how to fix this, great - otherwise I'll give it another day and it will unfortunately have to make its way to the tip! I thought this might be of interest to someone who repairs sewing machines or could use it for spare parts. All accessories and the manual shown in the pictures are included. If you only need the pedal or cover, I’d be happy to separate it. Collection from Edenbridge. Thanks! 😊

Free: Coms rack (6U) for network switches, firewall, etc (Edenbridge TN8) Gifted 6U Rack for communications equipment. Designed to house standard 19" wide rack equipment that isn't too deep (i.e. devices such as small business firewalls, managed switches, etc). I've had this rack for years and its been very useful, but I cannot justify hanging on to it when the only device in their now is a 24-port switch! Door is fully removable, lockable (keys included) and side panels come out. A load of mounts and screws will be included for mounting equipment. While not pictured, I have the top metal cover to cover the aperture and this will be included too. Cheers!

Free: John Lewis Dishwasher JLDWW1203 (Bosch) (Edenbridge TN8) Gifted I believe this dishwasher was actually made for John Lewis by Bosch. It was working before we stopped using it when moving to a new home that already had a fitted dishwasher. It is a quiet and good dishwasher! Approx dimensions with lid on (not pictured but will be included): 86cm (H) x 60cm (W) x 60cm (D). It's been safely stored since 2014, but having sat idle for 10 years there is a chance it's stopped working. I'd hope it will work and just need some manual cleaning and cleaning cycles applied first. I'm just getting a sense of whether this holds interest on here, before I otherwise take it to the tip for recycling. Thanks for looking, and let me know if interested! :-)

Free: IKEA PAX Wardrobe Mirrored Doors (Vikedal) (Edenbridge TN8) Gifted 195cm x 50cm - mirrored on the complete surface. Very nice doors that are simply surplus to my requirements, having been reboxed and in storage for a bit. They are for the PAX wardrobe system which is still made by IKEA, even if these doors themselves are no longer in production (the equivalent is not as good in my view!). Hinges and handles are not included, but should be purchasable from IKEA still. They weigh 17 kilos each (for most a 2 person job, and I can't help unfortunately), and being 2m long, you will need a suitable vehicle to take them away in. Hope they can be of use to someone! Free: Liebert UPStation GXT UPS backup power supply (Edenbridge TN8) Gifted On offer is a Liebert UPS 'UPStation GXT' (model no: GXT2-1500RT230) 1500VA (1050W) Uninteruptable Power Supply. Bought new in circa 2006, it was in operation for a few years (to provide backup power to a server and a few switches), before becoming surplus to my requirements and being shelved for the last decade. To the best of my knowledge it works, but at the very least it will need the battery cells replacing. The old ones have not been removed and this unit is rather heavy (I'd guess 20+ kgs) and bulky so I'd recommend 2 people to collect (I unfortunately cannot help). N.B. - I have NOT tested this unit recently, and this should be taken on for refurb by someone who knows about UPSs. I imagine it will be easy enough to replace the cells if you are familiar with UPS maintenance. Dimensions: 55 (D) x 45 (H) x 9 (W) cms approx. Let me know if any interest, and if any further questions - just really trying to avoid sending it to the dump if there is a use for it for someone! Thanks for looking! :-)

Free: Ikea 200cm x 60cm white desk and 5 x legs (can separate) (Edenbridge TN8) Gifted Available is this Ikea Vika Amon desktop and 5 x legs ('Vika Curry'). Desktop measurements - 2 metres long, 60cm deep and 3.5cm wide. A total of five legs 70cm long (one thinner leg sits in the desk middle to support, given length). Legs attach via metal mounts under desktop, which are removable. This was my daily desk for the last decade. I've only stopped using it as I'm now working in a smaller room, so unfortunately it's become surplus to my requirements! The top face of the desktop is a bit marked and tired, with minor marks as pictured. It is perfectly usable though. I'm happy to let parts go seperately if it avoids taking any of this to the dump - particularly if someone just needs the legs and mounts but not the desktop. Location is Edenbridge. This is my last attempt to list (multiple no-shows, unfortunately) so need it to go this weekend, otherwise it's the dump! Thanks for looking :-)

Free: DVD / CD / Video game storage unit - Edenbridge (Edenbridge TN8) Expired Holds approximately 60 disks in their cases (15 per shelf) of standard DVD size. In good condition, made of some kind of wood on the outer, and the shelves are black metal. Solely moving it on as I've got rid of most of my physical disks recently! Nice little unit for someone who needs this kind of storage :-) Available for immediate collection from central Edenbridge. Thanks for looking! :-)

Free: Vax Mach Air Vacuum Cleaner (similar to Dyson) (Edenbridge TN8) Gifted This item works but there are two minor issues that need addressing: 1) I cannot get the central cylinder to open. It probably just requires brute force that I don't have! 2) I think it will need the two filters replacing, one of which is only accessible when you have the above open. Replacement filters should only cost about £15. When turned on there is a electrical smell, but probably just because these filters need replacing and the waste cylinder needs emptying. It has been an excellent upright we've used in the past. We also have the original box and manual in the loft, so if wanted I can get this down too :-) I think this can probably be restored to working use and hope someone might take it on instead of it going to the dump! Free: PC Cube Computer Case (fits micro-ATX motherboard) (Edenbridge TN8) Gifted Cube PC computer case, designed for fitting a standard Micro-ATX motherboard (and possibly smaller motherboards too). In quite good condition, with a black metal case and and black plastic front facia with a built in carry handle and LED display, as well as USB pickups, etc. Also includes a DVD-Writer drive, CD-Writer drive and floppy drive and card reader drive. It does not include a power supply unit, but again this will take an industry standard sized PSU of your choosing. I thought this might be of interest to someone who wants to build their own PC, but otherwise will be going in the metal recycling at the dump before the week is out.
