Wooden dining table (Barnard's Green WR14)
5 foot extended / 3 foot unextended by 2 foot 6 across Oak legs and base. Oak laminate top stained dark. Laminate lifting slightly in a couple of places. We always use wedges for extra support when extended (I am happy to give you the wedges we have used).

Mamas and Papas cot with mattress 130 x 71 cm Good condition, except one catch is broken. The side holds securely with a cable tie, but therefore cannot be dropped down. Works fine as a normal cot. Needs a bit of a clean after being in the garage since last summer and one of the top slats is loose but doesn't affect the use of the table and I think is easily fixed.
