Request: Old dog crate (Kirkby Stephen CA17) Looking for an old dog crate, the metal type with a plastic tray in the bottom. Preferably medium size approx 58*93cm base. Doesn't really matter what condition the sides are in, as mainly looking for the base tray and to reuse some of the mesh sides to make a seal transportation crate for my son who is a marine mammal medic.

Must be the plastic style and large as its actually for rescuing and transporting seals as part of him being a marine mammal medic. Looking for something about 1 meter long.

Free: Rocking horse project (Kirkby Stephen CA17) Gifted Offering a wooden rocking horse that we have had for 15 years and has seen better days. Please note, this is not usable as it is, it needs someone who can repair it to make it usable. We had intended to fix it up, but after 3 years of falling over it and our kids all having outgrown it, we have decided we aren't going to get round to it so want to offer it to someone who can restore it back to its former glory. It has a broken foot ( broken part is present) so cannot fix to the stand. It is also missing a trail (the plug is still present to fit a new one) and the stand especially needs a rub down and refinish. The horse itself has some discolouration especially on the face, so would benefit from a bit of attention. It also squeaks like an old wheelbarrow!! It measures 140 * 54cm at the base, to the ears it is 108cm and about 80cm to the saddle. Please only ask for it if you can repair it and understand it is not currently usable. Would be a great project for someone to do for Christmas, who has more time and space than we do. Collect from near Kirkby Stephen, will need a large car.

Request: Amplifier (Kirkby Stephen CA17) Expired Looking for an amplifier or hifi type thing that we can connect a turntable to. My son has got into vinyl and wants a record player for his birthday, but our budget only stretches as far as a good turntable at present, so looking for something to connect it to to start him off so he can hear his records.
