Very comfortable armchair, in good condition. I cannot find a 'Fire Retardant material' label on it, so would suit a non-smoker... Will definitely need some form of transport to take it away.

Good, solid construction. 5 foot 7 inches tall. 2 foot 8 inches wide. 11 inches depth. Can be unscrewed with Allen key for transporting. Quite old and scuffed by perfectly useable.

Belonged to my Mother, but wasn't used much. Unfortunately it has sat in a shed for two years, so there is some rust on the brakes - they still work fine , but could do with some oil and re-adjustment. The photo's make the stroller look a bit newer than it is!

Big, solid wooden trunk. Length 3 foot. Width 1 foot 5 inches. Height 1 foot 6 inches. Probably made early 20th Century. Belonged to my Grandfather, a Captain in the Merchant Navy ( gassed in WW1, sunk by torpedo in WW2 , but still retired to Portsmouth...) There are two splits- one in the base, and one in the top, but neither affects the structural integrity of the trunk.

Works perfectly. Has a fan only option - really useful in this hot weather. Nobody has enquired about this yet, which has surprised me, as it's a useful item. If I don't hear from anybody by Wednesday I'll take it to the recycling shop at Fishers Farm on Thursday.
