Note this terminates in a 3 pin trailing socket, but the flex is two core (i.e. no earth connection) so is only suitable for double insulated garden tools, and not as a general purpose mains extension. There are no additional pockets for accessories. This was supplied in a roller suitcase and that is what it is really for - to protect a laptop or tablet inside another bag/case when travelling. Free: Yorkshire photographic prints (Knaresborough HG5) Withdrawn Five mounted photographic 10x7 inch prints (some brown card, some black). These are photo enlargements from colour negs and I took them a great many years ago as part of a landscape photography course, the theme being human impact on landscape. Never been on display so colours and condition is very good. I'll happily split them up. Free: Kensington USB switch (Knaresborough HG5) Expired This is a "Kensington Share Central 1" USB switch device. It allows a single USB peripheral to be shared between two desktops/laptops. I used to have a cordless keyboard/mouse USB transmitter dongle plugged into the back of this unit and used it to switch mouse and keyboard between a works laptop and my own desktop to save on desk space - but it would find other applications I'm sure. The product was originally released in 2008, and the type A port on the back has a black centre so I think that will make it a USB2 device but I haven't been able to confirm this. It comes with a couple of Type A to type B USB2 cables - one around 2m long and the other 1m. LED indications tell you what machine is connected and you just hit the button on the top to switch. Free: EVA foam garage / shed / workshop floor comfort tiles (Knaresborough HG5) Gifted Had these interlocking EVA foam tiles on my garage floor for many years as it is more comfy than standing on concrete when working in there - but some were pretty badly worn/torn/damaged/melted! The eight in the photo were salvageable as they aren't too bad and might find a use in someone else's garage/shed/workshop. But please note these are very well used, pock marked through sparks, some blobs of paint, bits of paint overspray, and other marks in places, and in need of a good brush and scrub. All the edge sections were still fine so there is more than enough of those to make up a couple of separate mats if you wanted to. Each tile is around 2ft square. Located near LIDL in Knaresborough.

Free: Used equipment for applying floor levelling screeds (Knaresborough HG5) Gifted From a floor levelling job I had to do last year and now surplus to requirements. Gives a much more professional result than just pouring the stuff and hoping that it levels properly itself. Comprises: 1. Large bright yellow flexible mixing "Gorilla" bucket - 38ltr 2. A spiked screed roller to get any air out the screed and help to level it (I used a standard decorators roller extension pole with this). There are a handful of spikes broken off it but it wont affect the use/result. 3. Spiked sandals to strap over your boots/shoes so you can walk in the stuff as you're applying it if you need to, and that's a handy thing to be able to do if you need to correct any issues before it starts to set 4. Around 75% left of a 1kg bottle of Ardex P51 primer - for sealing/priming porous surfaces prior to apply screeds (such as Ardex Arditex). Using a primer tends to make screeds flow and level better too. Located near LIDL in Knaresborough.

Free: Pocket sized 16G MP4/MP5 video player (Knaresborough HG5) Gifted This is a little MP4/MP5 audio video player - 4.5inch x 3 inch, 0.5 inch thick, with a screen size 4.25 inch diagonal. Also has a built in FM radio. C/W charger/mini-USB cable, unused ear phones, TV out video cable, fabric cover, stylus, instructions. Good condition and little used. It is possible to get a film from a DVD onto this device, but you will need the means to "rip" the DVD to MP4 file format. There are free tools for your PC/laptop that will do this such as Handbrake or VLC. Located near LIDL in Knaresborough.

Free: LARGE mostly completed Billing model sailing boat "Danmark" (Knaresborough HG5) Expired This is a large (1/75) Billing Boats model of the Danish training vessel Danmark, and is mostly completed. It is the original design of that kit (number 550) - not the current one which is B5005. It was bought as a present for me 20+ years back, but a sailing vessel wouldn't really have been my first choice, and to be honest, my enthusiasm for model building has waned over the years so I'm never likely to get around to completing it as I have far too many demands on my time. There were many awkward aspects to this "kit" - but the main one that remains is the sails and rigging. I reckon there is at least 50+ hours of work still to do. I've decided to move the boat on now because it is still fairly easy to shift in its current state of build, and can still be cleaned of any dust using a small vacuume pipe and brush. The two main structures mid-ship can still be removed at this stage too. It also gives the option of having the sails tied up if someone prefers. Notes: 1. This is the sort of model that will need to be cased when completed, as the detail on it is off the scale (you'd have to go to a maritime museum to find a model of this sort of detail). So you need to budget for a bespoke display case being made, and have somewhere in mind to put such a large case. 2. This is what Billing Boats term EXPERT level (and they really mean it) so please don't ask for this unless the person who is going to complete it has the sort of model building skill level and patience and dexterity to tackle it. The current version of the Danmark kit will set you back north of £350 which gives you an idea what sort of person this kit is aimed at. 3. It has lived for years in a simple and lightweight wood frame/hardboard enclosure with a transparent/removable front panel which I knocked together to keep the worst of the dust off it. I strongly recommend you take that too, to keep dust off it during the remainder of the build. It is 47 inch L x 30 inch H x 20 inch deep) - and the sort of size of case that will be required once complete. The boat is also fairly large - around 40 inch L x 23 inch H. 4. It has every remaining part needed - all the plans and diagrams, the sails, any remaining fittings still to be used, and I will include all the paints used. These will probably be dried up by now but at least you can see what was used. 5. It is fairly fragile and will need two people to collect it. Someone will need to sit in the back of the car holding it (its actually quite light). i.e. it might also take two visits in view of the enclosure size. 6. There is some dust on it as you can see in the photos, but I have cleaned it off in places so you can see how good it looks underneath. Located near LIDL in Knaresborough.
