Bird of Paradise plants - divisions of mature plant (Walton Manor OX2)

I'm thinking about dividing my Bird of Paradise plant, as it's getting rather crowded. I hope to have with three divisions to give away, each with 7-10 leaves. It's a mature plant which has flowered annually around Christmas for many years. I won't know exactly what I've got to give away until I've split the plant, ie how many viable divisions with decent roots, but I'd like to establish possible takers in advance as the divisions will be BARE ROOTED. You will need to collect on the day that I divide the plant, probably Tuesday 18th August and provide your own pot and compost etc. You will need a LARGE POT! To give you an idea of the size of pot needed, the plant is currently in a pot which measures 45cm high, 38cm internal diameter at the top. The height is important, as these plants have very large inflexible roots, not easy to trim to fit in a shallow pot. Let me know if you would be interested in a division, have a pot of the suitable size to plant it in and can collect on the afternoon or evening of Tuesday 18th August. Please don't ask me to collect on another day, as the plant will be bare rooted I cannot keep it alive for you for any length of time. It will need to be planted on the same day.

Badmington Net - Adult size - needs to be used on a lawn (has pegs for guys and spiked poles to drive into lawn to assemble) - very wide, but can be narrowed to fit any width by simply rolling net around one pole. Full width not shown in photos. Metal poles - two poles, each of which breaks down into three parts for storage. ONE OF THE PARTS ARE MISSING - see photos. Must be replaced to put back into working condition. Missing pole has male connectors on both ends, so should be fairly easier to remake using wood (eg a broom handle).

60cm wingspan, rubber band powered, flying plane. Partially completed kit. Balsa wood airframe completed. Now needs wings and tail attaching, tissue "skin" adding and "doping" to complete. All parts present, though rubber band is pretty old now, so probably needs replacing. Not remote controlled, free flying only. Have fun!

Somewhat scruffy, but vigorous Philodendron looking for a new home. Flowers annually in the winter with funky purple flowers. Happy in semi-shade. Pot and saucer included. I've not grown it up a vertical support as it should properly have been, hence rather sprawling. Could be kept as is, or tidied up by dividing into multiple new plants by cutting into sections and planting each cutting individually.

Large sack of Agricultural Gypsum. Not quite sure of quantity, but its heavy, perhaps 20Kg? You will need to move it from my back garden shed, up several steps to the front of my house, to get it to you vehicle. I can provide a sack barrow for you to use, but I can't help carry it due to a back injury.

Welded steel construction with (rather tatty) marine plywood cladding and a zinc alloy roof. Adjustable height feet for levelling. Steel frame in good condition, otherwise in need of tlc. Made to fit the no longer used recycling boxes (x2) and a small wheelie bin (140 litre?). Bin and box not included. Dimensions - Steel frame = 115cm wide x 127cm high x 76cm deep - Roof (overhangs frame) = 125cm wide x 140cm high x 90cm deep You'll need to collect it. Heavy, two person lift. (I have a bad back so cannot help I'm afraid.) If you've got a use for it, its yours!
