Have you ever wanted a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY) to call your very own? Well good news!! My own SCOBY has multiplied and I have a big extra, along with some starter tea, that I would love to give to a fellow fermentation fanatic. Otherwise it’s destined for the compost.
