Free: Coat stand - for restoration (Chorlton M21) Wooden coat stand about 6ft tall when assembled. The topmost part turns independently of the rest so you can get to things at the back without turning the whole thing. It needs repair, so only ask if you’re interested in a restoration project. There are two things needed: 1. The lower section has split where the legs fit in. This could probably be fixed with some careful glueing. You might have to separate the broken parts to glue them together properly. 2. The upper section should screw into the bottom, but the metal threaded insert from the bottom bit is missing. It should be possible to obtain a suitable internally threaded part, or devise an alternative. Collect from Chorlton M21

Free: Large Magimix kettle (Chorlton M21) Gifted Working, but the lid no longer opens on its own when you press the button. This can be a little awkward if you want to refill it when it’s just boiled. Magimix offer no help with fixing this, but it’s still usable. Collect from Chorlton, M21 on Saturday afternoon 2 - 5. Free: Step ladder with extensions (Chorlton M21) Gifted The extensions allow you to use them on stairs (you can make one arm longer than the other) Create a platform for working at height. The second picture shows the extension legs and the platform, and the brackets for securing the platform to both the steps and platform. The third shows the safety label which tells you what configurations are ok and which aren’t. (You can unfold the steps into a single long ladder, but mustn’t try to use the extension to make a three-piece.) Steel. You’ll need a vehicle to collect it The rubber feet from the main ladder have gone astray so floors may need protection.
