Magnolia wood (Cambridge, The Port) According to Google, magnolia wood is useful for tool handles. If your tools need new handles, I have a magnolia trunk that has been dead for a couple of years, and might be useful. About 3 yards long, 3" across at the base, 1" across at the top. The bark has already started to peel off. Easy outside pickup between Central and Kendall Squares.

Jade Plant cuttings (Cambridge, The Port) Expired Two large stems just fell off my large, healthy Jade plant. I can put them in water, where they will develop roots, and can leave them outside for your easy pickup. The Jade plant parent is very healthy and long-lived, so your plants will be too.

A dozen old photographs (Cambridge, The Port) Gifted Early 20th century photos of women and children. These were in a box that my grandmother, who died decades ago, had kept safe from light. None of them are relatives, and there's nothing identifying on the back. Might be useful for an art project; I'd hate to throw them out if someone can use them for something. TechnoServe 2025 Calendars (2) (Cambridge, The Port) Gifted Two calendars from TechnServe, an organization that I'd never heard of until their calendars were placed in my mailbox. C-cell batteries (Cambridge, The Port) Expired The battery powered alarm clock that I used to use these batteries for has finally given up the ghost. Since that was the only use I had for these batteries, it's time to pass them along to someone who can use them. 1 C-cell CVS Alkaline, "Best by" date of Jan. 2029, and 3 CVS Max Alkaline batteries, "Best by" date of July 2029.
