We bought this during Covid for home learning. It’s a school desk and so pretty robust. No marks or scratches. It’s for primary aged children, so slightly less high than an adult desk. Although, adults and teenagers have used it in this house. Welded metal legs. Tough laminate top in wood effect. L: 110 cm W:55 cm H: 64 cm

This lamp annoys me! It is very heavy and so never seems to stand straight. Consequently, I am disinclined to fix the misalignment on its connection. The bulb does not connect with the pads and by twisting it, you move the switch out of alignment. I would have thought it can be fixed, but I’ve not properly tried. The shade has been recovered so you may need a new one if it’s not to your taste.
