Can’t drink as I have hypertension. It might be good for… 1. Endurance athletes – People running, cycling or exercising intensely for more than an hour, particularly in hot weather. 2. People who sweat heavily – Including those doing physical work outdoors or exercising in hot conditions. 3. People exercising in hot climates – Particularly when they’re sweating for extended periods. 4. People who struggle to replace fluids after exercise – Electrolytes can help replace sodium lost through sweat, although ordinary food and water are often sufficient. 5. People undertaking prolonged physical activity – Such as long-distance walking or hiking, especially in warm weather.

White roof, three green sides, one with a window. Feels like 3m x 5m but I have not measured it. No original packing or instructions, only my husband’s scribblings (see images) which appear to have been eaten by something. The gazebo itself was only used a couple of times and is in fine fettle as far as I can make out. We even have spare loops to connect the side panels. I have found a new carrier for the fabric parts. If you fancy a challenge and can decipher the tatty diagram you are welcome to come and take it away.

12ft Rusty wrought iron curtain pole (Tinshill LS16)

Fired Earth wrought iron curtain pole with curled leaf finials. Lovely, but needs de-rusting. I had a go at derusting one of the finials with vinegar, you can see the result in the photos. I think it needs a more serious solution. Each pole part is 6feet (183cm), each finial about 6 Inches.
