Request: Easel (Basingstoke RG22) Hi all! I'm just wondering if anyone has an easel of some kind please? I wanted to start a hobby making some wreaths for Xmas, Halloween, Easter etc for my front door & needed something to hang the wreath from... whilst making it in an upright position. Request: Tombola Prizes (Basingstoke RG22) Expired We are looking at raising funds through our Family Fun day and I wondered if it was at all possible anyone could help with tombola prizes. We are looking for anything preferably new condition, from wines, unopened shampoos, new candles, we've even got some new travel repellent wristbands so it really can be anything! Unfortunately, our building suffered severe damage during the winter, and the cost of essential repairs is being covered almost entirely by the hard work and generosity of our members. The unexpected setback has significantly impacted the club in terms of how much we can support in other areas such as developing the children section, which plays a vital role in introducing young people to the game of cricket. As a result, we are facing delays in both the reconstruction and in delivering our usual level of support to the teams who benefit from our club. To help us raise much-needed funds, we are organizing a raffle and tombola and would be incredibly grateful if you would consider donating anything you have spare. Any items would make a real difference to our efforts and help ensure that local community continue to have access to the opportunities cricket provides. Thankyou

Request: Toiletries, Gifts, Ornaments etc (Basingstoke RG22) Expired I am writing to ask for items for the Oakley Cricket Club Fun Day that my brother in law is hosting. The event ran last year, which was a great success and looking to do the same again this year. The idea of the event is to bring the local community together and to showcase the cricket club, which has been part of Oakley for over 100 years. Due to the success of last year’s event, this enabled them to start and support a fantastic women’s team who will be playing on the day this year. They will be doing a tombola/raffle, and hoping anyone would have items that could be used as prizes please? With any funds raised this will greatly help towards the continued improvement of the club and its facilities, which will allow them to develop their junior section and their new women’s team; hopefully attracting more people into the sport/doing sport, whilst helping to build confidence and team building too.
