Request: 1 litre Brita filter water bottle (Birstwith) Expired A bit of a long shot perhaps, but do you have one of these Brita filter water bottles - in the discontinued 1 LITRE SIZE - that you don't use any more?! Perhaps siting in the back of the cupboard?!! My partner had one, used it every day, loved it but left it in a taxi by accident >< We brought him the 600ml one as pictured, as a replacement but it just isn't that same!! I've looked everywhere to try and find one as he's been having some health issues the bigger size bottle really helped him to stay hydrated more easily. As it's been sadly discontinued, just thought I'd ask and see if anyone has one they don't want any longer as my last ditch attempt at replacing it!!

Free: Huge box of drinking straws (HG1) Expired Huge box of drinking straws. Think sadly they might be plastic (didn’t check) but the best thing we can do with the plastic that is already made is USE it!! These are from my work and no longer required.

Free: Cocktail stirrers - LOTS (HG1) Expired A whole HIGE box of plastic cocktail stirrers. They are plastic sadly but the best thing we can do with the plastic we already have made is USE it!! These are from my work and no longer required.

Free: Polystyrene takeaway boxes (Birstwith) Expired A lot of takeaway food boxes! Sadly they are polystyrene but the best thing we can do with our plastic is USE it!! These are from my work and no longer needed.

Free: Small fridge (Birstwith) Gifted Small undercounted fridge, quite old but clean and works well. Small ice compartment stays frozen. Wrong size for our new kitchen hence reason for letting go. Still works fine, got life left in it! Might even be able to deliver if you don’t have transport as we are a bit in the sticks..

Request: Garden tools for Homeless Project (HG1) Expired I've just started working for Harrogate Homeless Project and we have a merry band of volunteers coming from Community Fit to weed our garden space!! There are 8-10 of them and as they run to where they are volunteer long can't bring their own tools, so looking for any old trowels, hand rakes, forks or spades going spare!! Going forward we are hoping to engage clients to take the reigns and manage the garden project and going forward enter Harrogate in Bloom. Next year maybe! For now, any old garden tools needing a good home would be most welcome!!!

We are looking for an extra large pin board to stick up on our office wall the share plans and collaboarations amongst the team! Request: Fruit & veg seedlings/plants/seeds (HG2) Expired Wanted: any fruit and veg plants, seedlings or seeds going spare, for a volunteer allotment gardening project at Harrogate District Hospital! I have been commissioned to create an allotment garden for the hardworking NHS staff at HDH, so that they can get out side on their lunch break and pick and eat fresh produce!! The Barrel's courtyard is right next to the canteen and the idea is to make it an interactive space for staff to enjoy and benefit from. Really we would like to focus on things you could pick and eat right there, so soft fruit like raspberry canes, strawberry plants, fruit bushes, but also salad leaves and veg like radishes, tomatoes, cucumbers... carrots.... beans... Any other ideas welcome!! Really excited to get this started and get going with it but as it's run by volunteers not a huge budget to put to it, so any donations very very welcome :D

Request: Clothes Hangers (HG2) Expired Would love a set of clothes hangers if you have any going to waste? I particularly love wooden ones but meanwhile any would do!!

Request: Rubber matting with holes in (HG2) Expired Looking for something to put down on grass, to drive over and prevent churning up into mud! Thinking a good solution would be an industrial rubber anti-slip matting or similar, so the grass could grow through the holes. It needs to be 2 strips, each roughly 1.5m long. Or 1 strip 1m x 1.5m which could be decided in 2. Any other suggestions or solutions welcome!
