Free: Puch Tunturi exercise bike (Jesmond) This is an old exercise bike, but still in reasonable condition, working, and usable. It's heavy.

Free: Christmas tree stand (Jesmond) A metal Christmas tree stand, green, in good condition (not sure if it has been used or not).

Free: Wall mirror (Jesmond) This is a roughly 60cm by 32 cm wall mirror. There is a chip in one corner (see photos), but otherwise ok.

Free: Invision TV Wall Mount Bracket - 26"-42" TV Screens (Jesmond NE2) Gifted This is an Invision cantilever wall mount which I used with a 40" Panasonic TV and removed when I moved house. The maximum weight it can carry is listed as 36kg, though that will depend on what you fix it to, and how. The mount is in good condition. The parcel tape in the photos is to make sure the three bolts for the wall fixing, and the plastic cover stay with the mount. I'll include the instructions, along with various screws, bolts, and so on. If you're interested, let me know when you might be able to pick it up from Jesmond

Free: A large Sapphire MS-92 motorised projection screen. (Jesmond NE2) Gifted The motorised screen was removed from my son's flat and is on offer because although it extends and stops ok, it can no longer be retracted automatically. The problem was discovered when moving flats as the screen had mostly just been left it extended, so the screen itself seems fine, but can only be retracted manually. Having spoken to Sapphire it seems likely that a plastic part has broken, which the company is no longer able to supply. If I had a use for it myself I might see if the problem was something I could repair myself, but I have no idea it that is practical. The screen is complete with working infra-red remote control (i.e. it extends and stops using the remote control but doesn't retract. The motor seems fine as you can hear it working when you select retract) and wall or ceiling fixings. It is quite heavy and, most importantly, very big - about 235cm/93 inches in length. If you're interested, say when you might be able to collect it from Jesmond.

Free: Swish curtain rails (Jesmond NE2) Gifted • 4 Swish 175 cm curtain rails (2 with curtain hooks). These are new and unopened, though the plastic they’re wrapped in is dirty from being stored away for years.

Free: Unopened pine shelf kit (Jesmond NE2) Gifted Unopened pine shelf kit.

Free: Bathroom shelf, soap dish and toothbrush/mug holder (Jesmond NE2) Expired • Dark-stained wood bathroom shelf, soap dish and toothbrush/mug holder (ceramic mug has disappeared, I’m afraid. Probably broken), with ceramic shelf fixings. These are used but in pretty fair condition, though they could use a further clean (and polish?)

Free: Aluminium loft ladder (Jesmond NE2) Gifted • Abru aluminium sliding loft ladder. 3 sections, each about 140cm. This was replaced when I had a new loft hatch installed.

Free: Christmas tree stand (Jesmond NE2) Expired • Christmas tree stand (start planning early). It can accommodate a fairly thick tree trunk (4”?). Used but in good condition.
