Lower back stretches (Lower Manhattan or Bayridge) Hey everyone I’m setting up some gear for lower back stretches and rehab. Do any of you have any of these I could take off your hands? - Tennis balls (even just two!) - Foam roller - Stretching strap - Back stretcher or anything spine-friendly I'm available to meet in Brooklyn/Bayridge or Lower Manhattan Appreciate any help—just trying to stay mobile without buying a whole gym.
