TP-Link Wireless Router (TD-W9970) (Streatham SW16)
This router works on both older-style "ADSL" and newer-style "VDSL" broadband connections. But its maximum wired throughput is 100 Mbps (despite it describing itself as a "300 Mbps" router). So if your broadband is 100 Mbps or less, this should work just fine for you. It's in perfect working order, I'm only getting rid of it because I upgraded my connection speed. I've restored factory settings. Technical details here: /

Ceiling mounted light fitting plus spare bulbs (Streatham SW16)
Gifted
Should be in perfect working order: we took it with us when we moved house, but didn’t find a place for it. Will need an electrician to install it. Comes with installation instructions and plenty of spare bulbs. You can flex/extend the metal arms to taste - see one of the later pictures for a (somewhat murky) example. Weighs just under 3kg, height about 50cm, diameter about 35cm (more if metal arms are flexed/extended outwards)

In full working order - we’re just passing it on because it hasn’t been used for years. Comes with instructions and 4 karaoke CDs. Has an integral speaker & screen, but can also be hooked up to a TV using supplied leads (requires SCART connector at TV end).

Bicycle hand pump with pressure gauge “Joe Blow” (Streatham SW16)

“Joe Blow Max”. Good condition, fully working. Am only getting rid because we no longer have a bike! Has pressure gauge so you don’t over-inflate. Hand pump action means you can inflate from fully delayed in under a minute.

Stores 2 bikes. No wall fixture required (leans against wall). Good condition. About 215cm high. Works fine, it’s just that we’re getting rid of the bikes! Weighs about 8.2kg.
