Bird Cage (Thornaby TS17)
Hi, my friend's recently rescued 6 budgies from a house that was rented out, and the person who was living there left them in a very small cage, not suitable at all, with no perches, they just hung onto the sides. A lot have had surgery due to fractures or breakages in their wings, also very nasty infections and issues with their feet. We are looking for a bird cage that would be suitable for all 6 to live together, as they're currently living in pairs, in cages we are borrowing from the vets, but these are only temporary and the budgies really want to be back together. I'm just wondering if anyone has a cage that's suitable. We haven't a lot of money so preferably free. I've added photos of what the vet has recommended to my friend. If anyone is able to help in any way we'd massively appreciate it. Thank you.

I know this is a big ask but has anyone got any spare suitcases? We go away on Friday night and the kids have got their's out today and they're broken. I think the little ones had the scissors on the inside and outside and sat on the hardshell one and it's cracked and the other is shattered 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ so now they haven't any suitcases. I would prefer to reuse a spare one someone may have rather than buy new 😕 preferably 1 medium and 1 large or 2 of either, plus 2 onboard bags. If anyone can help at all I'd massively appreciate it. Thank you.

Hi everyone good afternoon hope everyone is doing well and ready for Christmas 🎄 Unfortunately this morning one of our volunteers has let us know of one of their good friends not being able to afford Christmas for themselves or their children so we've offered to help as and were we can They are a family of 6 single mum and 3 children and there elderly grandma The children are 2 girls (6 and 12) and boy (10) the children have got the understanding santa won't be visiting this year and they'll be having a meal from whatever left in the cupboards 😢 They've also told us they've got no gas or electricity on the meter We want to try help were we can and any donations would be massively appreciated We are looking for gifts for the children, a Christmas meal, bodycare packages, donations towards gas and electricity, blankets and some arts and crafts This family is absolutely sure santa won't be visiting this year and that they'll be cold and have barely nothing on the table No one should miss out at Christmas and we would like to help We still have our amazon wishlist open and have added some stuff onto the list for this family We have been told the boy likes pokemon and the girls like squishmallows so if anyone has any of them even if they are used or 2nd hand we'd be absolutely thankful No one is obliged to buy or donate but itd be massively appreciated Thank you to all that have donated so far we can't thank you enough you've been very generous and we really appreciate it 😀 We have volunteers who can collect or we have a volunteer who is happy for donations to be dropped off at her house so she can take them to santa or to the community hub Anything is massively appreciated Wishlist link ✨️ Thank you all so much Merry Christmas 🎅

I am collecting for the homeless and less fortunate. This year we will be cooking homemade food, pies, crumbles, Christmas dinner, etc. Unfortunately, due to the high numbers of people there are currently this year 😢, we are looking for some donations. No one is obliged to donate anything, but anything would be appreciated, no one should have to miss out on Christmas. There are also a few dogs which we are hoping to get some food for, so they don't go hungry either. We are also looking for gifts/stocking fillers for some of the young children and teenagers. Anything at all will be appreciated, no one is obliged to buy anything. We currently have an Amazon wish list for the children's gifts/stocking fillers, you can message me if you'd like to gift and I can send it over. We can collect any donations.
