Wooden unicorn ornament (Bloomfield)

This has been outside for some years and needs some TLC as you can see from the photos. It could make a nice project to brighten up a garden. No idea what sort of wood it is, but it’s pretty solid and has lasted outside for about 10 years with no treatment at all. There is a minor damage to the top of the horn. It’s about 18/20 ins high.
