Vornado Space Heater-Fan (Valencia Avenue, Sunnyvale)

Vornado Space Heater-Fan, Model AWRH. It doesn’t have a remote. and doesn’t turn on when I plug it in. It appears in very good condition but I don’t know how to work it.
