Battleship game - “Battleshots” to drinkers (College Town GU47)

Peg your opponent into the deep murky depths.
Two players or teams alternate at firing shots at each other. These are hopeful stabs in the dark until one player hits pay-dirt. Then the lucky gunner adjusts the angle of each subsequent salvo until they discover the right alignment to fire along the rest of the target’s length - until it is entirely holed.
The hardest is the little tug-boat. It is very difficult to find, albeit it only takes two pegs to finish off.
