Boots+ for A Homeless Lady 10031 (Hamilton Heights 10031)

Hello. There is a senior lady in my neighborhood who is homeless and is wearing summer thong sandals with no socks. I am giving her thermal socks but they can't be worn with thong sandals and won't completely shield her feet from the cold.
She says that she is a size 10 so 11-11 1/2 sized boots are what I am asking for so that the larger size boots can accommodate multiple layers of socks.
Any extra pairs of socks, gloves, thermal tops/pants would be appreciated too. Sizes XXL +
An over-sized insulated coat would make her day. And night.
She's been homeless for some time and her mental condition makes it hard for her to reach out and attend to what she needs to do in order to find and keep shelter.
Meanwhile the extremely cold weather will absolutely jeopardize her extremities and body short term and her health long term.
I can pick up from any borough except for SI and I use a cane to help me walk so traveling on trains to stations with short staircases is appreciated.
