Faulty garden shears for spares/repairs? (Monks Hill CR2)

Before they go to the dump, are these any use to anyone? They were working before, but the central knob I think is broken. You can't adjust the gap between the blades and the action is loose. So in their present condition, they do not cut. Maybe you're a workshop expert and can repurpose them or do something else with them? If you wish to collect them, you MUST confirm to me in writing that you are over 18. Please let me know when you could collect and we will liaise over that. And please be reliable! Thank you.
