—The aluminum Handi is a traditional cooking vessel often used for slow-cooking such as making biryani, curry, or dal in Indian and Pakistani dishes. Made of durable, lightweight aluminum due to due its efficient heat distribution. Wide, circular shape with a broad rim. The label engraved on the underside says “16” and “pure aluminum”. Similar models typically range from 3 liters to larger sizes.

The Handi aluminum pan is 10-5/8” wide (top outside diameter) and 3-3/8” high, with a 11” bottom outside diameter.

Clean and in good condition.
