23.5 inch square Dolly.
Base is a one-inch thick piece of MDF board that is covered in a durable wrap-around cardboard. I expected the cardboard to eventually fray (at which point I would remove it) but it has held up remarkably well over the years.
I've been using this in the garage for storage and easy movement of heavily items but no longer need it.
