Black vinyl office chair w armrests (1075 Valencia Avenue)

Black vinyl upholstered office chair with armrests. A neighbor left it behind the dumpster closest to the parking gate at the right side of the end of Valencia Avenue, off South Mary Avenue and behind the Crosswalk Church parking lot. The parking gate is open.

The chair appears in very good condition, except for a tiny bit of wear on one of the back corners of the back rest, as shown.
