Beautiful 2 B Frame 10031 (Hamilton Heights 10031)

How do. What we have here is a neglected picture frame ( measurements tomorrow) that has "appliques "or classical folliate scrolls".
Crickets? Try "shell or cartouche like emblems"

Ok those swirly, floppy, flowery, fancy,schmancy, dodad decals around the frame. In the frame that's on the wall the scrolls were originally highlighted with super high gloss paint that made it look like it was glowing. Paint this one really purty.
I am 4 blocks from the 145th #1 Broadway local train station.
I am on the 5th floor but there are only 4 flights. Be able to climb them.
I don't call/text folks, email only.
Please come and get this beautiful frame that has so much potential and make it shine.
