Free: 1940s/1950s Murphy model A168 valve radio (Nailsea BS21) I’m pretty certain it worked when it went into storage about 35 years ago, but it doesn’t seem to be working now. However, it certainly looks the part if you are a retro enthusiast and, after all, how much on the radio is worth listening to these days?

Robust brown-painted steel frame with medium-oak effect formica-type top and chrome-plated steel legs, which can be detached for transport or storage. Free: storage racks from ex-gpo morris minor vans (Nailsea BS21) Gifted Might be possible to fit them into a more modern van (see fourth picture for dimensions), otherwise they can be fixed to the wall of your garage or workshop to provide useful storage. They are sound, but have some superficial rust, so need repainting. Since the photos were taken they have acquired a bit more superficial rust, as they were stored under a tarpaulin which turned out to be leaky.

The Bakelite supports have become discoloured from the heat of the incandescent bulbs that would have been used. If you use LED equivalents there should be very little heat, so you could presumably paint the supports.
