Vtech sound-only baby monitor pair with US transformers (not usable on UK voltage, even with an adapter). Very strong signal compared to other brands. You would need to find two 6V DC power supplies to use these in UK, or use them to replace broken ones (the input voltage is the same for UK and US models).

Safetots Eco Screw Fit Safety Gate Extra Tall in white. Model ST-ESFSGETW 100cm installed height and fits 70-80cm gaps which have strong vertical mounting locations on each side. I've kept all the mounting hardware, mounting templates (to align the brackets) and the instructions. This type of gate has four attachment points to the walls and the release mechanism requires pushing in a plastic tab and lifting the gate a little to release it from the upper and lower catches. You lift it into the catches to lock it shut again. One advantage of this is the gate doesn't press outwards on the mounting locations to secure itself, so it doesn't depend on the rigidity of the wall or banister on either side to be held in place. The mounting brackets need to be screwed into the wall/banister/door frame on either side. I have retained the screws I used for a wooden door frame but if you are mounting on a wall you may need different screws/fixings. Be aware that if mounted in a doorway you may not be able to shut the door entirely once the gate is installed, depending on how the doorframe is designed.

They have lids with various holes and grommets in. Brewing kettle with valve and wire filter. Could be used as mash tun, though it's not insulated. With lid. Large non stick aluminium pot with lid. Wort chilling coils x 2 (one has hozelock style connectors). Basic, not counterflow.

Four pallets. Red painted, marked as heat treated (not chemical). Large, heavy and solid pallets. Some splitting in places where a forklift was used to lift. I was going to tie them together to make a compost bin but it was deemed not to look good enough for a garden corner. Not suitable for building furniture without quite a bit of filing and sanding, but good for structural support. You could also recover some good planks from these if you break them down. You will want a van or roof rack to move these; too big for a car or cargo bike.

Fischer World Cup slalom racing skis 166cm with FR17 race bindings. Bases patched in several areas, may be useful for race training or energetic piste skiing. You need to be an expert skier to enjoy these. They will just feel heavy and scrappy if you're not. Atomic GS12 skis 186cm with race bindings. Bases in reasonable condition. Decent piste skis or for starting out racing. Salomon Maya casual skis, 165cm Poles aluminium 125cm, slightly bent, serviceable. Racing models around 2008, casual skis a little newer. All skis and bindings in usable condition. Coat of storage wax will need scraping off bases before you use them.
